Honor a Hometown Hero in Uptown Jackson

The Uptown Jackson Revitalization Organization is proud to present the Hometown Heroes Banner Initiative, a community-focused program dedicated to honoring the brave men and women who have served — and continue to serve — our country. This annual initiative will celebrate local American Armed Forces members who are either on active duty or meet the federal government’s definition of veteran status. Personalized banners displayed throughout the Uptown District will offer a meaningful and highly visible tribute, strengthening community pride while honoring those who protect our freedoms.

Only 44 banners are available and will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis.
