This committee works to encourage appropriate aesthetics in the uptown, such as through appropriate building rehabs, in-fill design and uptown cleanliness. It capitalizes on uptown assets, such as historic buildings and creates an inviting atmosphere through window displays, parking areas, signage, sidewalks, streetlights and landscaping.
