Jackson Oktoberfest will be back in 2027! 

Friday, Oct. 1:   6 p.m. – 10 p.m. 

Saturday, Oct. 2: 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.​​​

To become a vendor please fill out one of the following forms, complete the payment, and provide a copy of your current City of Jackson Business, Merchant or Vendor License (and insurance for food vendors).

Booths without the proper license cannot be reserved. If you do not have a current license, please contact the City of Jackson at (573)243-4404 to obtain one.

 

VENDOR APPLICATIONS AND REGISTRATION FEES ARE DUE BY SEPTEMBER 27TH, 2027.

Vendors will be approved on a first come, first serve basis to ensure unique product offerings throughout the event. (If we already have a similar vendor you will be notified and refunded).

This is our sixth year offering vendor exclusivity (Except for German cuisine). This is very important to you, as vendors. You can see our current list of vendors on the main Oktoberfest page. 

We do not allow generators to be used during the event.
