A Magical Night in Uptown

This year’s Uptown Jackson Christmas Parade was nothing short of spectacular. As the sun dipped behind the rooftops and the holiday lights began to glow, our streets filled with families, neighbors, and friends ready to celebrate one of our community’s favorite traditions. The air buzzed with laughter, the scent of hot cocoa drifted between the crowds, and festive music set the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable night in Uptown.

From sparkling floats to classic cars, and community groups of all kinds, the parade brought pure joy to every block. Children waved their mittened hands with excitement, adults snapped photos to treasure, and the entire town felt wrapped in one bright, cheerful holiday moment.

New Changes This Year

We introduced a few updates to the parade format this year — shifting the event to Saturday evening and reversing the direction of the parade route. These adjustments helped create smoother flow, better accessibility for spectators, and a safer atmosphere for all to enjoy!
